Features include:
MADISON Guillotines hydraulic vertical slide type with triple support roller guide rails for accurate guiding of the cutting beam.
A Maper HT071 NC Programmable Controller allows the operator to set the backguage distance, a cut counter and also create programs of different cut widths and number of cuts, this can be stored in the memory.
A heavy duty backgauge has a range of 750mm on the machines up to 10mm and 1000mm on the machines 12mm and over. The backguage convenitely swings away when the limit is reached so longer sheets can be put through.
A handwheel beside the controller allows the operator to adjust the blade gap to suit the thicknesses of material to be cut.
Individual hydraulic holdowns with nylon inserts to protect material from indentation from the clamping cylinders are positioned along the full length of machine.
Push button rake angle adjustment on the control panel allows the operator to set the angle of the top blade to suit the material thickness and cut width, this eliminates radial distortion on the cut piece.
Stroke length can be adjusted by a variable switch on the control panel
Top and bottom cutting blades are 4 edged suitable for stainless steel.
A heavy duty squaring arm is fitted with a graduated rule and adjustable flip up front stops allowing operator to cut to measure from the front of machine. The arm also aligns the material to be located square to the cutting edge. Also there are material support arms in the middle and end of the bed of the machine.
Cutting area lighting has been incorporated into the machine frame providing a clear cutting line on the work piece and enabling scribed or marked material to be cut.
All electrical components are of high quality supplied by Schneider. Hydraulic components are supplied by Yuken and Sumitomo.
Electric safety sensors are mounted on the rear of the machine to stop the machine from operating if someone intrudes into the rear cutting area
Machine operated by a mobile foot pedal.
