Ermak Hydraulic Guillotine

The Ermak CNC Plasma machine offers power and quality in a flexible and cost effective unit with a number of automation options available. A Hypertherm plasma generator & torch provides high quality cutting on a wide range of material type and thickness.

The COSEN SNC Series Automatic Metal Cutting Bandsaws feature a full stroke hydraulic vice, quick blade approach sensor, and hydraulic blade tension. Models available from 250mm to 460mm cutting capacity.

The Goodway Flat-bed CNC Lathe HA series provides heavy-duty cutting capability for super large size work piece applications. It is suitable for oil and energy industries, aerospace, shipbuilding and metallurgy industries.

The TUR MN 560 ~ 710 series with spindle bores up to Ø140mm, TUR MN 8000 ~ 1350 series are available with bores up to Ø450mm. All these models have been specifically developed to suit Oil Country applications with double chucks available throughout the range.

Akyapak manufactures 3 Roll Hydraulic Plate Bending machines with the bending capacity range of 2 mm to 200 mm thickness and 1000 mm to 12000 mm in width. The machine frames are fabricated using high strength welded steel (ST-52). Roll shafts, materials and bearings used in production are European quality and the torque limit of the machines is very high.
